Last updated: April 9, 2026

This document is provided for general information. You should have it reviewed by qualified legal counsel for your jurisdiction and business model.

1. Who we are

SnapSell (“we”, “us”, “the platform”) is operated by SnapSell. We provide tools for creators to list, sell, and deliver digital content, and for buyers to discover and purchase that content. We may update these terms from time to time; the “Last updated” date above will change when we do.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally able to enter a binding contract in your country to use seller features or to make purchases. Seller accounts are subject to our verification, payout, and acceptable-use rules. You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for activity under your account.

3. Marketplace model

When you buy digital goods on SnapSell, your contract for the content is primarily with the seller. We facilitate payment, delivery, and access as a platform. We are not the creator of third-party listings unless we state otherwise on a specific page.

4. Licenses to buyers

Unless the seller specifies different terms on the listing or at checkout, purchases grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use the files for personal or commercial use only as described by the seller. You may not redistribute, resell, or publicly share files in a way that replaces the seller’s offering.

5. Seller obligations

Sellers must own or have the right to sell the content they list, describe listings accurately, honour delivered files and access windows, and comply with applicable laws (including tax, consumer, and intellectual property law). We may remove content, suspend accounts, or withhold payouts where we reasonably believe these obligations are breached.

6. Payments and fees

Prices are set by sellers unless we run a promotion we clearly label. Payment processing is handled by third-party providers. Platform or processing fees may apply as shown at checkout or in your seller dashboard. Payout timing and thresholds follow the rules shown in your account.

7. Delivery and access

Digital delivery is typically immediate after successful payment. Access may be time-limited as shown on the product or success page. You are responsible for saving files within the access period. See our Refund Policy for refund-related situations.

8. Acceptable use

You may not use SnapSell to distribute malware, infringe intellectual property, harass others, circumvent security or payment controls, or break the law. We may investigate abuse and cooperate with authorities where required.

9. Intellectual property

The SnapSell name, logo, and platform software are our property or our licensors’. Seller content remains the seller’s property; buyers receive only the license described in section 4 or on the listing.

10. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not responsible for seller-created content, third-party payment outages, or losses beyond what the law requires.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability arising out of these terms or your use of the platform is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid us in fees for the transaction in dispute in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) one hundred euros (€100), except where liability cannot be limited by law (such as death or personal injury caused by negligence).

12. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, legal risk, or extended inactivity, with notice where reasonable. Certain sections (e.g. liability, governing law) survive termination.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to SnapSell, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protections in your country say otherwise. Courts in that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction for business users; consumers may have rights to sue in their home courts where the law requires.
