1. Nature of the product
SnapSell primarily sells digital goods (files, media packs, downloads). By law in many regions, consumers may lose the right to withdraw once delivery has begun and they have agreed to instant delivery. By completing checkout, you acknowledge that delivery may begin immediately after payment.
2. When we may issue a refund
We may approve a refund or credit where:
- The product was not delivered or access failed through a clear platform error;
- The listing materially misrepresented what was sold (e.g. wrong file type, missing advertised content);
- Duplicate charges or payment processing errors occurred;
- Mandatory consumer law in your country requires a remedy despite digital delivery.
Refunds are generally not available for “change of mind” once files have been successfully downloaded or access has been used, except where the law requires otherwise.
3. Seller responsibility
Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings and for honouring any warranty or support they advertise. If a problem is caused by the seller’s content or behaviour, we may coordinate a refund or account action against the seller’s payouts in line with our seller terms.
4. How to request help
Contact us at support@snapsell.com with your order email, the gallery or product name, and a short description of the issue. We may ask for screenshots or other evidence. We aim to respond within a few business days.
5. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback with your bank, we may share transaction records with the payment provider. Abuse of chargebacks (e.g. after successful delivery) may lead to account restrictions.
6. Currency and method
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible. Timing depends on your bank or card issuer. Amounts are refunded in the currency charged, subject to processor rules.
7. Changes
We may update this policy; the “Last updated” date will reflect changes. Purchases are governed by the policy in effect at the time of purchase unless law requires otherwise.
